●3-D snowflake

MATERIALS:
6 equal sized square papers ( i used newspaper )
glue or tape ( i preffered glue )
scissors
stapler
thread - just to hang that.
HERE WE GO:
1.get six square pieces of paper.start with the first one
2.fold it in half to get a triangle
3.again fold it to get the half of this triangle also
4.from the side where u can see two flaps, start cuttin strips of it - leaving all attached from the opposite side of where u are starting.cut five to six strips.
5.open the paper to get something that looks like this
6.join the two innermost triangles and glue or tape them to get a small tube like this
7.flip the paper and do the same with the next innermost pair.go on doing so untill u r finished with the last innermost triangle.
u will finish with something like this.
8.repeat these steps with the other 5 squares. attach them all with each other by a stapler from the point shown above and also from the sides.attach a thread.
And ur done !
I'LL ADD THE PHOTOS LATER....

● Some suggestions :

● If u r having a small tree ( a young one ) dont overload it cuz that will make it look really bad.give it a little decoration and remember whatever u r having should not b very big in size or it will b spotted out from far away.
● If ur tree is big a little decoration will give it the worst look , s try to fill it nicely.the decoration must not b like 10 balls r in one direction and just 2 in the other.the decoration must b equal at each side.
● Let ur pets not wander around ur tree or they will make ur tree all a mess.Cleaning your tree that day will i think not give u any pleasure , so, try to keep them away from the tree. u can use a leash for this cuz closing them in some place will not b a gud idea.I mean they also have the right to have fun specially at christmas.
For Decoration :
● U can make a Paper Snowman and hang it.
● U can also use nice bows made at home for this.
● U can use ping pong balls and paint them or cover them with ribbon, fabric or even gift wrapping smooth paper.
● u can make snowflakes out of paper and place them on the top of ur small highted tree or just hang them on one of the leaves if ur tree is big.
● U can make angels.
if u people have any other suggestions email me at : smartmanu95( @ )yahoo( . )co( . )in. thanks.
ALL THE TUTORIALS FOR THESE THINGS, AND MORE SUGGESTIONS WILL BE POSTED LATER.

●Recycled card ornament

Hi guys , this is holiday time & all of u r busy collecting items for ur X-mas trees. So, i thought to make this a lill' bit easier for u. Here's something simple & sweet and of course easy-to-make that can surely make ur bare X-mas tree attract everyone towards it. So, try it out.

Materials:
several used greeting or note cards (u can even use playing cards)
2-1/2" punch, or a glass with a 2-1/2" base for tracing
pencil
small scrap of cardboard
ruler
glue stick
binder clips
hole punch
decorative ribbon
optional -- bone folder
HereWe Go :
1. Use the 2-1/2" punch (or trace a 2-1/2" glass base) to punch 20 circles from assorted cards.
2. Using a ruler and pencil, draw a triangle measuring 2-1/8" on all sides on a scrap of cardboard; cut out the triangle to use as a template.

3. Trace the triangle onto the back of each greeting card circle and score each circle along the triangle lines using a bone folder or ruler. The circle should fold so the printed sides of each circle are on the interior of a small triangle-bowl shape.

4. Using five of the scored circles, glue stick the flap of one circle to the flap of another, continuing with all five circles to form a star shape. Clamp together with binder clips and let dry for 15 minutes.
5. Working with 10 more greeting card circles for the middle layer, glue the flaps to the bottom layer flaps, clamp and let dry.
6. Use the last five greeting card circles to form a top layer. Glue, clamp and dry.
7. Punch one extended flap with the hole punch, thread a length of decorative ribbon and hang.
Your're done.....
